These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Butterfly Ventures website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Butterfly Ventures sells single-origin Himalayan herbs and spices, based in Kathmandu, Nepal. You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page or via our Contact page.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. As these are natural, small-batch agricultural goods, colour, size, aroma and harvest may vary slightly from batch to batch — this is normal and part of single-origin spice. Stock is limited and seasonal, so some items may sell out.

• Prices are shown in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it and arrange payment or dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout or arranged with us directly (such as bank transfer or mobile wallet). Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

All content on this site — text, photography, graphics, the logo and design — belongs to Butterfly Ventures or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We provide the site and products in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be excluded. Always follow safe food-handling and any allergen guidance before consuming our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with its updated date.
