The story
Inside the jar.
Flaxseed (aalas) grown in the high Karnali, where the cold, dry climate gives a dense, nutty seed rich in omega-3 and fibre. Sun-dried and cleaned in small lots. Roast lightly and grind for a finishing dust, or stir whole into bread and porridge.
